"The Supreme Court, like the rest of Washington, is ruled by degenerate filth"

Bump!

Fat chance.

The people of Kentucky keep gleefully voting for Mitch McConnell.
They also voted to allow Rand Paul to run for both Senator and POTUS.

Half my ancestral family tree originated from that state.

Several hundred thousand Kentuckians are much more likely to teach Chicago and various South American narco-terrorist gangs a few new nasty corruption tricks.

IMHO.

It’s a bit like being a Christian in Nazi Germany. You are not going to be able to keep your job if upholding certain despicable laws is your job.

It will get a lot worse before it’s over. Hence my tag line. It really is getting exponentially worse since I started using that tag about two years ago.

The court has ruled this to be lawful.

And if the court rules that you have to issue slave ownership papers, no doubt you will be out there telling us that it is our duty to obey the law.

No, the excuse "We were just following orders!" went out with the Nazis. Nowadays we must do what we believe to be moral, despite evil judges telling us to the contrary.

I am becoming increasingly of the opinion that we should stop obeying laws. Especially those laws that protect the interests of people who want to shove our faces into crap; Who want to pipe sewage water through the veins of society.

If there is no moral underpinning to the law, then there is no compelling interest in obeying laws which you can get away with breaking.

You should watch this. This is a Harvard Professor talking about an exchange he had with a Chinese student. It is 1 minute and 38 seconds. I wanted to find the text of his words, but all I can find are videos, but there is a point in what he is saying that I think people need to understand.

Even Libertarians.

McConnell is now far down in the polls. Less than 45% favorable last I heard and that was in the week following Ted Cruz exposing him for his lies about no deal to fund the corrupt Ex-Im Bank.

Further, he won as an incumbent by only 59% in the match against Bevin and Bevin was not such a great candidate.

Ergo, McConnell is very vulnerable now.

No “Just Law” can promote the dehumanizing, degrading vice of sodomy. Any Law that ceases to be Just (virtuous), ceases to be Law. It is “Null and Void” (Justice John Marshall and the Nuremberg Trials).

There is no Natural Right to sodomize others and force this evil use of the body which defies Reason, and removes dignity in any true Justice System which is always based on “...the Laws of Nature and nature’s God”. (No obama’s base urges).

This evil, treasonous SCOTUS has flipped Good and Evil and is imposing Satanic Rites on us (a Luciferean Religion)——they have just created a Vice System and removed “Rule of Law” (Higher Law/God’s Laws).

We can NOT allow them to destroy Words and flip good and evil in our “Justice System” That is throwing OUT our Constitution.

As Cicero stated, when you promote vice in a “Justice” System-—it will collapse the culture. We are exactly like the homosexual Weimar Republic except they did NOT change the meaning of Words (totally irrational and ALL JUST LAW is Right Reason according to Natural Laws—otherwise it is antithetical to the Supreme Law (our Constitution)).

If you disagree with the court you always have an option. But the employer has the option to fire you. Make your decision and live with the consequences. You don’t use your religious belief to control the business or limit the services of your employer. That is a violation of the employers rights. If it is a public agency you would be forcing to agency to do something the courts have ruled is illegal.

Don’t obey the laws you don’t like. Be ready to serve time and don’t expect the world to change around you. If we all go to jail then you have something. But you can see from the small number who refuse to issue iciness, it’s not going to happen in this case on this issue.

I am no longer a libertarian. I would think Libertarians would support the right of the employer and in this case the responsibility to carry out case law.

She was given the job without this vile requirement. Her state defined marriage as only between one man/one woman. The evil justices forced the entire nation to recognize as equal something intrinsically not equal. Ok. But an accommodation should be made for this woman. Otherwise you have the government showing preference to deviancy and finding unfit to serve those who hold basic Judeo-Christian morals. It is essentially outlawing Christians and orthodox Jews from holding many government jobs. The moral become defined as immoral and the immoral are treated as favored and special.

Will not be watching the clip. Don’t need a primer on religious freedom.

Can someone help me out here?

I’m missing something. I just know I am.

I know a very religious woman who worked at a convenient store. She lived in a dry county. When the county voted to make selling liquor legal, her store started carrying beer. The owner’s decision. The woman did not believe in drinking and felt like a hypocrite if she were to sell booze....so she quit instead of denying customers the booze.

I know there’s a difference here, but I’m having a hard time rationalizing it. Don’t chew me out, just explain to me what I’m missing on this one.

Thanx for the historical perspective. I guess every government employee has the right to not have their evil employees change their duties or the nature of the service they provide. So if you work 40 years they have to wait till you retire.

There is no statute, only a judicial edict. They have abused the power of their office by exercising its power beyond its authority.

Doesn’t mean she has to obey.

Who should we obey, God or men?

Not only are they violating her religious beliefs, they are demanding that she put her name on a fraudulent document.

“Gay marriage” does not, and never can, exist. It’s a figment of the godless Left’s wicked imagination.

Our government is a republic. The government didn’t change anything. One justice on the Supreme Court made the difference for the entire country. It is fundamentally wrong on every level.

This whole thing has been built on lies and fraud from start to finish. Liberals lied their way into office, claiming to be for normal marriage. They claimed it was just about “privacy in the bedroom” when they wanted to legalize sodomy. Justice Kennedy said it had nothing to do with marriage. They claimed it was a “states rights” issue when they wanted to overturn the DOMA (passed by nearly a unanimous congress and signed by Bill Clinton) and stop the FMA (”It’s not a federal issue but a states’ rights issue). Then they sued and sued and sued until they could force a federal mandate.

It is built on a house of lies and fraud. It is perversity from start to finish.

I have been alive and aware for the last few years during the battle. Thanx for defining the type of government we have. When you can change the government to suit us, let me know, I’ll be there. If the clerks all want to quit, I support them. I don’t support the right of employees to tell their employers what they have to do.

Have you ever read the 14th amendment? It is an utter hash. It is an incompetent babble of feel goodism masquerading as law. Had it been better written, it could have accomplished the same objectives without all the damage it has caused.

It was never a problem until recent years when it been abused to justify most anything. Look how some of the legal beagles try to "interpret" clear!y written amendments like the 1st or the 2 nd... Or the commerce clause. Schemers always scheme. There is no way to stop them other than applying original intent, which has become a dirty word in today's law schools.

If the Constitution can mean anything that feels good at the moment, then it means nothing.
