For whites, the illegitimacy rate is 25-30%. For blacks, it is 75-80%.

I think your numbers are out of date. The number of white babies born to out of wedlock parents passed 40%.

Those numbers are probably low. Among millennial women, it’s more likely a child is born to cohabiting parents than married. People under 40 just don’t think marriage has anything to do with having children. I’m not sure how that’s supposed to reverse.
