"Retroactively Classified"........

The new version of what does "IS" mean. This will be her ticket to skate by. She'll be on the ticket.

I'm convinced, this day. 9/1/15

No, I think it means the emails SHOULD have been classified. Its bad for her because sensitive information was on her server that was not properly classified. Now that the emails have been reviewed it has been determined that the information needs the appropriate classification on them. That’s what this story is saying.

retroactively classified

is defined as a corrupt DOJ inserting a get out of jail free care into the mix.

IMO, what this means is that Obama and his handlers want to sabotage her candidacy but keep her out of jail. This is all being carefully orchestrated.

What this tells me is that the the original emails were already classified, then someone removed the markings and sent them to Clinton.

Now, before releasing the emails, the State Dept. did a CYA action and “retroactively” classified them.

I just saw the one where Huma jokes about Hillary being to blame for the, in her words, “’peaceful’ protests.”

This is absolute treason. Four men are dead and Hillary and Huma are laughing it up.

Thousands of Clinton emails released, scores retroactively classified

JMHO but every e-mail she handles should be classified the moment it is produced. Declassification should come only after it is thoroughly vetted not several years later when her thighness has her 36 c's in a wringer.

Her defense is all Bullshirt.

I’d be willing to bet you that there is a secure phone system in the office for The Secretary of State.

She knows and understands what communications security is all about. She chose to conduct communications without using the proper security equipment.

It bears repeating, these are the emails HILLARY TURNED OVER. These are NOT ALL the emails.

So the Chinese, Russians, Cubans, North Koreans and Iranians get to see all of Hillary's emails but Americans can only get the redacted versions?

Sounds unfair to me...

Rush asked Cheney about a Sec State having a private server. Cheney described the practice as “unprofessional.”

It’s one thing to skate on the issue of whether any one document was classified. It is quite another thing to confront the fact that we had a Secretary of State who was so unprofessional in her handling of sensitive information that well-intentioned foreign governments had to take her carelessness into account in dealings with her.

"Retroactively Classified"……..

The new version of what does "IS" mean. This will be her ticket to skate by. She'll be on the ticket.

She doesn’t have to be convicted - after all, what good did it do Zimmerman to be acquitted, as far as PR is concerned???

And in the PR war of a campaign, Hillary doesn’t have to be convicted, she just has to be shown to be unprofessional and thus not-to-be-trusted with the presidency. The e-mails do that. And,

"no person holding any office of profit or trust under them, shall, without the consent of the Congress, accept of any present, emolument, office, or title, of any kind whatever, from any king, prince, or foreign state."
the acceptance of foreign donations does that as well.

Not merely because she was SecState, but even because she was known to be aspiring to the presidency, she should never have been seen holding out a tin cup to foreigners whose interests she might in future be in a position to promote.

IOW, they were classified in the first place, but Fedgov just now got the opportunity to stamp it on them.

Without this Hillary’s campaign was headed no where. Now she can claim this was nothing more than a witch hunt. Same with Benghazi.
Doesn’t matter that she has not suceeded at anything except not going to jail. Hillary is a fighter.

I hope Trump can verbally knock her legs out from under her in his amiable fashion. :)

I never had even one document “retroactively classified”, but I know what would have happened if I, as an ordinary person, had put myself in that position. Even without that big “TOP SECRET” and the colored stripes, I would have recognized classified when I saw it. When I generated documents for those sponsors, I thought - paragraph by paragraph - about the appropriate classification. I would have known if I received something improperly labeled (or not labeled), and i would have done something about it.

The problem is that Hillary doesn’t mind if “exceptionally grave damage” is inflicted on our country, so long as she can continue her secrecy. It’s about her grasping for more power, not what happens to the little people, whose lives and freedom she doesn’t value.
