It must be the first day of September. Summer vacation is over. The kids are heading back to school. So now its time to get serious. Its time to hit Donald Trump with negative ads. That seems to be the thinking in the Jeb Bush camp, which is out with this new Web ad: http://www.washingtonpost.com/posttv/politics/jeb-bush-the-real-donald-trump--campaign-2016/2015/09/01/ed750bea-50b0-11e5-b225-90edbd49f362_video.html

I’d nominate him to be the official government pinata.
Trump should do an add where someone slams a Jeb pinata and all Jeb’s liberal statements and butt-kissing Mexican expressions of love pop out.
Trump will be on Hannity’s show coming up at the top of the third hour. I am sure Trump will respond to Jeb.
Yeb! is at 4% in Iowa. LoL.
Trump already has. See post 56.
I watched that ad.
While I admire The Donald for taking on the
illegal alien invasion and being tough with the media ...
I just don’t trust him.
I don’t trust him to do what he says he’s going to do.
I think he’s as much a politician as those “stupid” pols he blasts.
Saying what he believes the people want to hear ...
... then doing the opposite when elected.
Krispy’d be like Little Black Sambo, looking for tigers to turn into butter.
Is Trump pro-choice or pro-life today?
I don't think anyone should get a free pass, but I share your hope of taking out Yeb. I hope they take each other out - soon.
I also suspect he’d be worse.
Any candidate that starts speaking in any other language than English, even if it were Pig Latin, is a disqualifier for me, because I see that sort of thing as an attempt to hide in a language I do not speak.

Excellent point.

“That would entail a full-blown attack on Trumps economic policies (raising taxes, protectionism)”
I have NO ISSUE in having $100M per year hedge fund managers pay the same tax rates as someone that makes $200k. They don’t now. I realize that others call it a tax increase (which it is) and oppose it on principal (i.e., slippery slope...which is legitimate), but I trust Trump to draw the line at the very rich people that live through loopholes.
I’m also not crazy about protectionism, but when we’re at the point that we cannot even keep our farm tractors running without a constant flow of Chinese spare parts (starting with electronics), perhaps it is time for some protectionism.
“...foreign policy inconsistencies (Trump vows to get tough with Vladimir Putin, but says he does not care about Ukraine) and support for Democrats and Democratic causes.”
I agree with Trump that it’s not worth risking a nuclear exchange to try to stop Putin in The Ukraine...as that is what it would take. Not enough details to comment on the rest of the above statement, but I do agree that Republican foreign policy was a TOTAL DISASTER...thinking that Iraq would instantly turn into a Jeffersonian Democracy simply by kicking out Hussain and having elections.
“I really couldnt care less what Trump has said in the past, as long as he takes out Yeb.”
Spot On! and as many other RINOs as possible.
