"Clinton told a top deputy to send now-classified information to her personal email address"

There we go AGAIN: "now-Classified". I've never heard of "now-Classified" unless of course it's a term used by the media to PROTECT HILLARY from any wrong doing. It's "classified" not "now-classified" because it was classified at the time it was sent, it just wasn't MARKED as classified.

"Clinton told a top deputy to send now-classified information to her personal email address"

Wow, the TRUTH sounds a lot more illegal now doesn't it. There. Fixed it.

“”Clinton told a top deputy to send [delete “now-] classified information to her personal email address” ...There. Fixed it.”

The information is classified based on content and the governing security classification guide. I believe it is very safe to assume the classification guide being used now is the same one (or uses the same guideline/rule) as when the email was created. Hillary knew what the subject matter was, just not the specific details she was requesting - thus she knew (or should have known - no excuse at her level) that she was requesting a violation of law. The “top deputy” likewise knew, or should have known, that the information he was sending was classifiable, and that she was requesting the information be sent outside secure channels - a clear violation. No excuses. Both should be prosecuted.

This is likely just the first of what will be many examples of people knowingly violating security guidelines based on a request from Hillary - they will likely try to excuse their action on the basis she was in charge and since she asked for it in an unclassified manner they could provide the information per her request.

Incompetence at best, but not only at the top, all the way down. The next president has a huge house cleaning job in front of him/her.
