The only way I could see them turning is if they hung together so they did not hang separately and threw her collectively under the bus. But really, do we think for a second they have that kind of loyalty to each other? They will all be in massive CYA and throwing each other to the dogs to save their own complicit asses.
Which ultimately means that no one will prosecute her, lest they themselves get dragged into it and made an example of by the others.
