Looks like Hasboro trademarked the name “Harris Faulkner.”

It all depends on when the toy came on the market. It looks sort of retro to me. If it came out before she was a public figure, then it’s just a coincidence and she loses.

After....

The toy is one of dozens based on characters from Hasbro’s television show “The Littlest Pet Shop.” The hamster toy, which is named Harris Faulkner, was introduced in 2014 as part of the “Pet Pawsabilities” line, but is one of the few that doesn’t share a corresponding TV character.

Maybe she’s just making them knock it off.

Seriously? What kind of damage could be done by having a cute little toy with the same name. Disappointing. I thought she was more sensible than this.

I'd have bought as many as I could and handed them out like business cards.

How did they come up with that name?

Producer Julie McNally-Cahill described the series' demographic skewed slightly older than other series on the network's Saturday-morning block. Additionally, the series alludes to popular culture in the forms of homages and parodies. Co-creator Tim Cahill was inspired by the "quirky" humor of 30 Rock and Community, adapting their style of humor into an animated format.

I’d just roll with it if I were her.

I’d have the little figure on the desk during the news cast, on facebook, etc.

I’d have fun with it.

Some lawyer may have talked her into it.

Some lawyer?? Probably hundreds lined up around the block to file a suit.

I think Rachel Madcow of MSNBC has an anatomically correct Me-Gun Kelly blow up doll hidden in his closet.

Does that count?

I don’t know if it helps her brand. It appears pretty petty and opportunistic.
But she has a case.

In papers filed in New Jersey Federal Court, Harris Faulkner says she’s suffered “substantial commercial and emotional damage” from a plastic hamster doll that shares her name.

Hard to believe since I've never heard of her OR the toy.

I do, too. Hollywood and the Materialists have been ruining names on purpose for as long as they have existed———and it is to create the proper perceptions and focus of people to flip Worldview back to paganism/satanism and destroy the Christian Worldview. (Destroy virtue and civil society collapses).

It is by association. Think how many names are literally ruined by Hollywood or the News or even pure capitalists:

It would take me ALL DAY to list all the ways the “culture” intentionally destroys names and concepts to direct the focus of people to Hollywood’s demonic, satanic lifestyles; Who calls their daughter, Debby, anymore????? What do you “feel” or “think” when you hear the word “McCarthy” or “gay” or “Christian” or “marriage” or “Caitlyn” or “Liberal” or Pro-Choice”— you just-fill-in-the-blanks.

It is all association and with Hollywood programming, it can’t be avoided, even if you indulge little in “culture” since culture permeates everything.

At least, the product is kind of cute (although a waste of time and money) and not a mutilated person like Bruce Jenner. Being associated to an animal when you are a Black woman is cringe-worthy, though, since Darwin’s and Marx’s emphasis and beliefs in “evolution” permeate our pagan schools now. The lies and belief literally put aborigines into the World Fair with the chimpanzees, and literally caused them to commit suicide and allowed the Smithsonian to collect their skulls to prove the satanic theory of “evolution” to our children.

Worldview matters. The Leftists are using culture (TV/public schools/products) to flip 2000 years of worldview, back to paganism and satanism and Eastern mysticism (irrationality), where human beings have no dignity or purpose-—just godless animals to be herded and controlled by our elite masters.

The toy is trademarked (TM).

Unless the FoxNews person had previously registered her name (copyright or trademark or some similar registration), she may be out of luck.

It would be ironic if the court forced the person to change her name to avoid trademark infringement.

They trademarked “Harris Faulkner”? So does that mean Harris Faulkner might have to change her name?
