The commenters at the link are blissfully unaware of the irony in their own posted comments, and their comments are wonderfully revealling.
People who were all PC and tolerant, or even had their own victim status a couple of years ago, are finding themselves shoved aside in favor of the newest Trendy Victim, the ubiquitous Trannie, and they’re not liking it so much. Hahahaha! They’re actually asking why the majority girls’ feelings are being totally disregarded, to coddle the feelings of the one person who merely “identifies” as a girl. Havent women historically been oppressed by men, i.e persons with penises? What about women with penises? Who’s the oppressor here?
People with Vaginas have now become oppressors of People with Penises. How can that even be possible? Will the Infallible Dogmas of Rape Culture, Patriarchy, and Women’s Oppression need to be rewritten using gender-neutral pronouns?
One commenter has noticed that “transmen”— born females who “identify” as male—are, oddly, never encouraged or allowed to use the boys’ bathrooms...ha! (Actually, the fem2male trannies never even seem to ask. Could it be because deep down they’re fully aware that they’re not really boys, and they’re afraid of being raped by real boys with real, not imaginary penises? Might this perhaps be the same reason a “transwoman” —delusional man—has no business in a girls’ bathroom?)
So it’s even beginning to dawn on the PC crowd that this whole thing is a farce, and nobody should have to twist their brain into a pretzel to tolerate it.
I say let him go to the teacher’s lounge to use the bathroom.
He should go where the school board goes since they “voted” for it,
but that would likely be in a different building somewhere.
Will all the DNA qualified girls be permitted to use it as well? Or will they have to ‘hold it’ until they get home at the end of the school day?

There's a huge difference between discriminating "against" someone, and discriminating "between" people (or anything).
The ability to discriminate is a fundamental survival skill. It's what separates living from non-living things.
Discriminating between males and females is probably the most fundamental of survival skills -- for any species that uses sexual reproduction. Discriminating "against" someone purely on the basis of their sex may be a different matter altogether. In this case, there is no evidence that anyone was discriminated "against" -- except for all the girls, who don't want to shower with a boy.
Do not let this ******* pervert go to the either bathroom. Make this fithly faggot go to the closest freeway lanes.

So the school thinks that it is okay for this boy to expose himself to the girls, but if another boy in the school did the same, he would be arrested and labeled a sex offender for the rest of his life.
How do they know he’s not doing this just to be able to leer at the female students?
