This Trumpoonery-Buffoonery will soon end. Will the real conservative constitutionalist Ted Cruz now stand up and take on the mantle?

Rush has explained many times how the race hustling industry works. Al solicits money from companies all over the US, both large and small. It’s protection money of a sort.

In any case this is probably a good thing for Trump.

Trump very likely could get millions of votes from the African American community as the GOP nominee.

“As late as 2004, Trump was accused of letting Sharpton’s alleged mistress into a luxury apartment in Trump Place despite lacking the necessary credit and income. “Donald didn’t own this building,” says one of National Review‘s sources says. “But Sharpton asked if he could get his ‘friend,’ who didn’t have credit standards, into the building. Donald accommodated.”

Trump was shaken down by Al like most big banks and plenty of other major corporations. This means nothing.

Oh. The horror...

National Review reports that Sharpton and Trump first became partners in the 1980’s when Trump wanted to sell Atlantic City’s casinos as a tourist destination. He reached out to Sharpton to help bring famed boxing announcer Don King into his corner, and the pair became regular boxing buddies and occasional business associates.

Trump actually addressed their relationship during a Fox News hit last December. “I know [Sharpton] very well, and I’ve always gotten along with him, to be honest with you. There are those who say [Sharpton] likes Trump a lot. . . . Al’s a con man. He knows it. I know it. Don King knows it, his friend, who I go to with fights with — with Al. And they all know it.”

Duh. Give money to Al and he backs off. Sucks to be a businessman in NYC.

Cruz can stand up and then he will get knocked out by the GOPe and the dems.

I like the guy, but he isn’t polling all that great. No way could he win the general election.

This election is all about immigration, if we do not win, it is all over.

Of course it is. Mobsters get the same red carpet treatment. It’s not that difficult to comprehend. Al can wreck any business and the media will side with him. Dangerous critter.

“Will the real conservative constitutionalist Ted Cruz now stand up and take on the mantle?”

You mean, the Ted Cruz who voted for the Corker bill that stripped the treaty protection from the Iran arms bill? That allows Iran to develop its atomic weapons, its ICBMs, that allows Iran to inspect to see if it is violating the treaty, (although the Senate with Cruz decided not to handle it as a treaty, in order to fulfill the Obama agenda)?

Or the Ted Cruz who voted for TPA the first time, and when his vote was no longer needed, voted against it the second time?

Correct. Trump already discussed this in 2011 on the Mark Levin show. Giving money doesn’t mean you agree with anyone’s policies but in NY, everyone comes after you for money and you give so they will leave you alone.
