Hannity had a tape today by some black guy who said that all whites are targets. Whites won’t see it coming, they’re just going to start shooting white people. I wonder if it’s the same guy?

In the late '60s/early '70s La Plata High had considerably more racial unrest than the school board wanted to admit. Agitators from DC and elsewhere incited trouble there, one of the students was busted by the FBI for running with Rap Brown and that crew.
Considering the demographics in Charles County, that sort of agitation could again be successful, only on a broader scale.
This administration is the one fomenting racial unrest now, not the 'revolutionaries' of the '60s, but there is little difference between the two.
I would take the threat seriously, because if one is dumb enough to tweet about it, chances are that he is not alone in this way of thinking.

“An arrest warrant was obtained and issued for Carlos Anthony Hollins, 20 of Waldorf. Hollins was taken into custody without incident by the Charles County Sheriff’s Office in Waldorf shortly before 9 p.m. He was charged with making threats of mass violence.”
“Court records show a peace order was issued against Hollins in April of 2014 and it expired seven months later. He was also previously charged with trespassing in 2013. Those cases have been closed.”
