Why isn’t pressure being put on Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Jordan, Qutar, to help their brethren?

There are already over a million Syrian refugees in each of Turkey, Jordan and Lebanon, and also large numbers in northern Iraq.

I stand corrected with regard to Jordan and Turkey as they have taken in refugees since 2011. Still what about the rich Gulf states Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Qatar. They must do more.
