The last thing the legislature wants to do is get in the middle of this. It's a no-win. If they impeach her they've caved to the left. If they don't impeach her, it's still between her and the federal judge. The legislature can stop all state agencies from issuing marriage certificates. I believe that is what the Oklahoma legislature did when they saw which way the homosexual sh*t was blowing.

You’re missing an important point: the KY State House is majority Democrat. Because a lot of them play Conservative to get elected.
They’re in a really suck-a** position here. Absolutely no room to maneuver between their Conservative constituencies and the major Progressive power centers in Louisville and Lexington.
