The Training Management track of the OFA Professional Fellowship just graduated 17 professional fellows ready to be leaders in empowering their communities.
With four weeks of online webinars under their belts, these professional fellows headed to OFA headquarters in Chicago to put it all into practice. Under the guidance of OFA's training staff, the fellows helped prepare for and execute the Train-the-Trainer workshop, an annual summit that gives OFA volunteer leaders the skills they need to develop their own trainings at the local level.

We are looking for experienced grassroots or digital organizers who are ready to take their skills to the next level to advance their career—and the progressive movement. Ideal applicants are excited about learning and eager to engage with a national community of organizers.
Selected applicants will be invited to participate in an interview and complete an assessment test. Accepted candidates will receive an offer letter and a welcome packet at least two weeks prior to the official start of the program.

A successful field program needs a manager who emphasizes program execution and takes pride in his or her staff management skills. This fellowship trains participants to oversee all aspects of a field program from start to finish.
