Morgana, thank you for posting this. However, as I requested in your other thread, I am looking HER legal defense fund. Anyone can set up a fund for anything and administer it anyway they would like. Unless I have misread the article, this “Family Foundation” fund is for all clerks in this situation and not her specifically. It appears as though she has not said anything about this particular fund.

I am looking for a fund setup by people directly associated with Kim Davis specifically to pay for her lawyers. Anything else might be throwing money away.

I thought this was hers. Or that they would be defending her. Call in the number in the morning and ask them. If they are not ask them who is.
