The security guy apparently stole the guy’s sign and was walking away with it.That's exactly what happened and it is clear in the video.
For anyone who don't know, you can click on the small gear icon on the bottom right of the video and slow the video down to .25 its normal speed. Watching it in slow motion it is clear, the security guard grabbed the man's sign and walked away with it.
