If it’s a Hutu VS Tutsi issue, just keep driving. Nobody can prove what you did or didn’t see. You were distracted by radio/computer/whatever.
That is how our cities here in NJ are “policed”; they do nothing in the welfare hatcheries. When Newark NJ laid off over 160 cops a few years ago (in the midst of a homicide spree), it made no difference at all. Many of those jobs have just become wealth redistribution schemes to transfer Anglo tax dollars to blacks & Hispanics.
