Might be permissible in Texas, but I doubt it is in New York. I was a Banker, not a Lawyer or an Ex NYPD Cop like the Security Guard.

I did catch another FReeper that Posted to you explaining that the Security Guard took nothing from the Illegal Invader that attacked him, so that point is mute.
