There were no members of the KKK among the protesters - there were some protesters dressed as KKK members in a lame attempt to make an ironic point as part of their protest.

Personally, I disagree with the protesters and I think they are off base. I do not think Donald Trump is a racist, and I think protests trying to brand him as such are misguided and stupid.

However, that does not mean I think a billionaire's private security force should be allowed to go around grabbing the personal property of protesters simply because they don't like what the people are saying.

Well, since neither of us were there to witness what really happened, I can’t say one way or the other. Is anyone filing charges? If not, then I would think the protestor was at fault for whatever reason. After all, Trump has deep pockets.

I don’t think they were necessarily trying to dress like KKK. The hoods are too tall & too narrow. Look up ‘’capirote’’. These are the KKK like caps worn by ‘’penitents’’ in Spain during Holy Week & other religious holidays. Onlookers pelt them with rotten vegetables, spit on them, & insult them. Wiki has a page about them.
