According to the founding principles set forth in the Declaration, we the people are the final arbiters. And the same document lays out our recourse when the government we instituted becomes destructive to these principles.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.--That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, --That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

Obviously, these black robed federal tyrants are working at cross purposes to the founding principles and to we the people when they overrule the laws and constitutional protections we've set up through our state legislative processes. The US Constitution clearly leaves these matters to the states and the people. Control over marriage is not an enumerated power for the feds. Never has been. We did not and do not grant our consent for the federal government to unlawfully grab these unjust powers.

I am no lawyer, but as a nurse I know I am protected from being forced to assist in an abortion procedure when the mother’s life is not in danger. There have been several cases where this right has been upheld in the U.S. Why do the same principles not stand in the case of Kim Davis???
