I am deeply troubled by this judge’s ruling of contempt, but it is way past time to bring the liberal idea of separation of church and state to an end.
My very real question is ...what happened to the 1st Amendment? You know the part about....”FREE EXERCISE THERE OF?” I know the liberals have waged the separation of church & state war for decades....well isn’t this where the it hits the fan?
Under the 1st Amendment they cannot jail Kim or anyone for practicing religious beliefs(whether they hold office or not).
And this business of the judge not fining her because it would be paid by her supporters is really none of the judge’s concern.
And if the judge was ‘afraid’ impeachment efforts would fail to remove her from office...is that really his concern too at this point?
Jail? Putting her in JAIL for contempt is actually cruel and unusual punishment, a violation of her 1st Amendment Rights.
I just do not see this any other way. The Supreme Court ruled, but how many states have made the effort to codify the ruling into their law books? Either Congress must do this or the States must do this and it must codify the ruling with how to deal with religious objectors. Because...here is the real twist...any priest, preacher, minister can be jailed for refusing to perform homosexual weddings as they are actors of the state. Even objecting judges can now be found in contempt too!
Law of the Land? So is “FREE EXERCISE THERE OF.” It is time to push this back. Those 4 words should be protecting people of all religions from this insane agenda, but they are not. Those Amendments were meant to protect We the People from the government. Not just priests or religious hospitals, churches...it was meant to protect US...the people.

The problem IS liberals in the PUBLIC.. and the press’s complete and though BRAIN WASH of “the People”..
Mostly democrats but a good amount of RINOs as well..
