She was elected to the position. the only option would be a recall election, and they cant do that because she would probably win.
Who is this "they" of whom you speak? What happened to "we"?
Why is our current President not jailed for the same reason as Kim Davis has been: not enforcing the "laws"?
Somehow, your response is unhelpful in my getting past your status quo impasse which seems to be a passive acceptance of the wrong that is taking place in this matter of Kim Davis vis a vis our current President's non-enforcement of existing law.

You asked why was she not fired. I explained why she was not fired, there would have to be a recall election for that to happen as she was elected not hired or appointed. Sorry you don’t consider that fact to be relevant.

I have a question for you....
I cannot make any sense of your response here.
Just what comment are you responding to?

Only the Senate Sergeant At Arms could possibly arrest a sitting president.
But there would have to be charges and a warrant which is never, ever going to ever happen.
Presidents have always ignored laws when they saw fit. Lincoln suspended habeas corpus; Truman tried to seize steel mills; many presidents, including George W Bush have made extensive use of “signing statements”, which are supposed to allow them to bend laws as they see fit.
So, it’ll never happen, because once it happened, it would be used to bludgeon every single office holder from then on.
