Been called a racist more times than I can count.
Didn't care then, don't care now.
I hired people based on their ability to do a job and their willingness to get it done.
I would have preferred; purple, 8 armed, 4 legged employees to get the productivity up, but none of those ever applied.
I hired based on ability, I fired based on inability.
