Easier said than done. Four Supreme Court justices are over the age of 70: Stephen Breyer is 74, Anthony Kennedy and Antonin Scalia are 76 and Ruth Bader Ginsburg, a pancreatic cancer survivor, is 79.
The next president might have such an opportunity.
The Dems are still the favorites to win in 2016 despite Hillary's troubles. Demographics give them the edge in Presidential elections where they have won the popular vote in 5 out of the last 6 elecitons.
My point stands based on the above reason that I gave.
Our candidates should say more on the Kim Davis matter than simply, "It's the law of the land".
The great outspoken, kick-ass-and-take-names Donald Trump didn't do that.
