Judge David L. Bunning To Kim Davis: 'Every Public Official Is Subject To The Rule Of Law’

Do tell. I wonder what he thinks about cops that set off grenades in toddlers' faces. Should they be subject to the "rule of law" too?

I have an excellent idea. Let’s find a way to move several highly continuous cases where the defendant has violated the law into this Judge David L. Bunning’s court.

Then start every case with his quote “Every public official is subject to the rule of law” and then ask for an immediate summary judgment for the plaintive.

The man made an absolute statement to justify his support for the homosexual community and should be forced to apply the same rules to other cases.

Just think of the legal fun that would ensure. Perhaps after being forced to make several politically incorrect rulings, thus inciting the ire of the left, Judge Bunning could find a reason to retire, early.

My answer/question to the judge is ‘Do you ever look into a mirror and see an exception?. My take is that he doesn’t and if he did he would rule ,like any self serving person, that judges are immune from public opinion.
