Yeah, the definition of “law” is pretty clear in the Constitution -
a proposal (enforceable by the use of deadly force) passed by both houses of Congress and signed by the president.

No, then he must be speaking of Kentucky’s law that the legislature just rewrote after the Scotus ruling?

They didn’t? Oh, so he’s speaking of the section that he rewrote for Kentucky?

No, he didn’t try to impose legislation on Kentucky?
