Right. I was explaining how (one way out of literally hundreds) the judges see to it the laws are "lawfully" selectively enforced.

Instead of posing as a question, perhaps it is best as a statement:
If Kim Davis sits in a jail cell indefinitely, so should all her higher-ups who have selectively chosen to enforce the "law" in this same fashion. Some names have already been proffered on this thread.
