Looks like Judge Bunning backed down.

He said since other clerks in her office were issuing licenses he would release her.

He has felt the heat.

She ordered that the office refuse to issue marriage license. The order was ignored so she is free.
Now what will she do?

He didn’t feel the heat. This is strategy. Someone as hard left as Bunning doesn’t back down. I would guess that it is because he did not want to be overturned and set a precedent that would be a setback for the gaystapo.
