Rule of thumb: never pass a free country to become a refugee in another country - let alone pass several countries. Of course, I just realized that the middle east is one shit hole after another.

My personal BLUF:
The US didn’t create the problem; therefor; we have no requirement to solve the problem.
If other nations want to commit cultural sucide, fine. There is no reason for US to go along.
If the nations of the region don’t want to work on the issue, fine. There is no reason for US to do so.
BTW - has anyone noticed that the temporary refugee camps established in the late 1940s and early 1950s to hold displaced people until an Arab nation would accept them are still in business and to date no Arab nation has accepted more than a trickle of these displaced persons?
There’s no liberal press in Saudi Arabia to foment that into action.
Also, since 2/3 of refugees are men, the goal ISN’T to get into SA.
Europe and America are the target.
I hope I’m wrong, but I wouldn’t be shocked to see Italy overrun/overtaken by ISIS within 10 years.

My hubby keeps worrying that one of these days the SS are going to knock down our door and drag me outta here. My emails to Corker (and Lamar!) get hotter and hotter as time goes on. I just fired off an email to Corker about this that’s the hottest I’ve sent yet. It took a while because I had to keep deleting things that would get me in trouble but it was still a nasty email. I’m sick to death of the little weasel of a man.

He should have known how to step out of the war situation but he fired all the Generals or discredited them to retire so he could save his ‘buddies’ and look at how far that has gotten us...

Very true, and until the Gulf Arab Muslims take the bulk of these people, We cannot risk taking in people we cannot prove are not part of ISIS, or any other terrorist group.
The amount of uses I have for Corker ranges some where between none and zero.
