But there is never any need for a civilian to have more than 6 rounds in a magazine, I have heard.

Hmmmm. Is there an ammo shortage in VB? Or was it a show of restraint. Thirty rounds from 4 officers seems low to me. Or maybe they only had 10 rd magazines/clips/feeding devices.

Law enforcement officers are allowed to "Spray and Pray" while the rest of us measly citizens are held to a higher standard and have to aim.

Yeah, these cops had double-stack 9mm’s most likely, 15 rounds a piece.
