How many Homo’s can be in that area? Add to that how many of the queers actually want to get married and we will run out of homo’s in a couple hours.

Wonder how many licenses have been issued to queers from this office since the Supreme Court decision?

***it struck down the death penalty in every state of the Union and forced them to write new ones.***

That is exactly what has yet to happen here. The laws on the books in states that do not recognize SSM are null and void. The State Legislatures must(in the opinion of SCOTUS) convene and re-write their marriage laws.

The Supreme Court cannot write their laws for them.

Then he’s insubordinate and subject to discipline.

She can fire him for not doing what she says.

He is probably a public union employee, and I'd bet my bottom dollar he can't be summarily terminated for a first act of insubordination.

But he's positively subject to discipline for failure to obey lawfully elected authority. Ain't irony ironic sometimes?

Just the ones and parts of ones that outlawed same-sex marriage.

And obeying her would mean violating the judges order. He's caught in the middle. But if he's fired then I imagine he would have a heck of a wrongful termination suit to file.

I thought I heard seven. Obviously same-sex couples from all over the state are coming to this office so they can get a license. I imagine they are trying to aggravate her or are hoping for a news-worthy outburst from the staff.
