Yes, he’s trying to conflate the nonsense going on state by state with anti- 2A laws with the 10A. In my view, the 2A trumps the 10A, because the 2A is one of those enumerated powers that are reserved for the country as a whole. BTW I love the term “KIP.” The Booshes have been at work since RR left office trying to undo everything RR did.
