Seems like Rumsfeld did it a lot, and I liked it then, but it’s shopworn now. Hillary: “Did I wipe the server? You mean like with a cloth?”
I didn’t like it when Rumsfeld did it either. Its arrogant, asking the question and then answering it. Just say what you need to say.
Rumsfeld had good points, like no chair at his desk, working standing up, etc. And he had silly ones too. That manner of speaking sounds retarded.
