U.N. warns of millions more refugees

The United Nations called for the swift creation of large-scale reception centers in frontline states such as Hungary and Greece, and one U.N. agency warned that millions more refugees could arrive in Europe if Syria's civil war continues to rage.

German Foreign Minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier said his country, which expects to take in 800,000 asylum seekers this year alone, had finite resources and urged other European countries to do much more to share the burden.

He said Germany expected to receive another 40,000 migrants this weekend. And as politicians from the left and right accused Chancellor Angela Merkel's government of losing control of the refugee situation, the defense ministry put 4,000 troops on standby to help with the influx.

Citing security concerns, Austria partially shut a highway linking Vienna and Hungary on Friday. Some 8,000 people had crossed the border on Thursday and a further 4,500 arrived overnight, Austrian police said. The rail link to Hungary also remains shut due to "massive overburdening" by the migrants.

In Geneva, the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) said it was sending pre-fabricated housing units to provide temporary overnight shelter for 300 families in Hungary but also expressed concern over Budapest's tough approach, including the possible deployment of troops to tackle the crisis.

My lady doctor is a Syrian and takes good care of me.
I’m thinking of a Lee Marvin line from the movie The Dirty Dozen: “Feed the French, shoot the Germans.”
Allow in the ones who have something to offer; send any useless troublemakers back to the Caliphate.
That’s what America is all about. There’s no room for fanatical muzzie religious bigots.
And residence should be probationary, too; if some mullah rabble rouser sneaks in, summary deportation.

The United States has had refugees for years. They came in ships from Europe and other places. They came and were documented at the gate. As the ship landed, they walked onto our land and were identified.

They had a record of where they came from, what their job was there, what ship they were on, why they were coming to the US, who their sponsor was, what they were going to do here, and where they were going to live.

Today, there will never be a record of any of these “refugees”. The laws we used to live by .. are extinct. They used to say we had 2 friends.. The Atlantic Ocean and the Pacific Ocean. We lost that friendship. Plus the leaders of today don’t give a flip for this United States of America.

Hmm... if it’s just a nice and just thing to do then why are we being ‘warned’?

As soon as Trump builds that wall on the southern border, send the refugees to Mexico, I hear there is a lot of empty space down there now that all the Mexicans have invaded the U.S.
