“What about a Western-style wrestler against an Eastern grappling martial art like Jujitsu?”
Interesting contest; I’d probably bet on the Jiujitsu expert. Years ago, I knew a guy from Japan who taught large classes at the local state university. He was a Jiujitsu expert, probably in his mid-40s at the time. I never witnessed it, but reputedly at the beginning of every course he challenged anyone in the class to come up front wrestle him. A few football players every year took up the challenge, and were promptly put on the ground. The legend was that he never lost.

I reckon anyone on the northeast axis qualifies
