No he hasn't. Bruce Jenner had breast implants; but, he did not change the plumbing down below. So, if he stands naked in front of a mirror, he has breasts and a penis. To say ths is a confused person is qute an understatement.
Aside from that, his DNA is still male, and will always be male. I like how the person writing the article just dismisses people who say that you can't change your "chromosones". Like it doesn't matter. It matters. You are who you are. Male or Female is it (notwithstanding Facebooks ridiculous number of "genders" that one can choose).
