I would add "play the long game".... Realize that you need to get a nomination at the GOP convention; that requires winning 8 states (per revised rules, up from 5 states). If GOPe can kneecap Trump, his delegates will have to turn to another nominee on the subsequent ballot.
In today's clippings on FR I see reports of Cruz increasing his staff in several states... which could indicate he is going long. Don't see the same for Carson, Walker. Hmmmm
