Geography and history aren't taught in some schools.

Once some organization surveyed residents in every state and just asked one question: What is your state's capital city? Some guessed — say, Philadelphia for Pennsylvania — but a huge percentage had no idea. Only a handful of people in each state knew the right answer.

Oh, and one guy asked, “what's a capital city? “ LOL
