Charge, shrapnel, BB's, nails, screws, whatever. This kid is exploiting the school's fears.. A WOULD-BE TERRORIST PRODDING THE SYSTEM. I would not be surprised if this entire incident was carefully calculated by his parents, relatives, or CAIR for this very outcome.
As Valerie Jarrett once stated, "USE THE SYSTEM AGAINST ITSELF" or something of similar message.
