Nothing there about salary requirements - only a modest increase in fees for the employer.

What do salary requirements have to do with wanting to increase the number of H1B visas? The article I gave a link to indicated he has offered amendments to bills in the senate to increase the number of Visas given out each year.

Cruz supports the program and worse goes out of his way to expand it is why he won't get my vote (Unless it's a choice between him and Kaisich or Christie).

[rikkir:] Cruz only supports it [H-1B] if salary requirements increase.

I Googled but couldn't verify this claim; what's your source?

[stig:] I heard Senator Cruz say it on a radio news show going over quotes of the day. But here is at least one link:

Salary requirements was rikkir's claim for which I requested his source. (I copied you because he made that claim in a reply to you.)

Agreed 100%.
