What a hypocrite Maher is.
Maher has been fairly consistent about radical Islam, and has a levelheaded, mature, wise take on it. I don’t care for his values otherwise.
Not on this particular issue. When it comes to radical islam, Maher is consistent, and he really, really gets it.
I've seen clips of Maher on his show, where he has a number of guests, all of whom are making squishy excuses for the islamists. Maher will have none of that! He's got the facts and figures, and he won't back down an inch.
It really is an amazing thing to see.
In fairness to Maher (accghhhhh, Golem, Golem) he HAS been 100% consistent on his opposition to Islamism and his (relative) defense of Christians. He has said you would never see Christians getting the kid gloves treatment. He actually agreed with Ann Coulter on this.
