Why would God punish the righteous along with the wicked?......maybe because God gave his humans the brains to choose to or not to make babies...the brains to not procreate for a moments fun....the world is littered with throw away children begging for love, food, a home and parents...Laziness and foolishness are 'causes' not symptoms.

The faithful are sealed on their foreheads by God before the Great Tribulation. God never promises us we will not have to walk in the valley of the shadow of death, but we have no need to fear because He is there with us. Remember Job and the three thrown into the oven by Nebuchadnezzar? They said if we die, we die. Whatever is the will of God.

Pray for the truth at the expense of any teaching you may have heard and read as close to the original text as you want. I use the NASB for study with a concordance.
