She *really* torqued someone off ... Usually this stuff goes away after you lose political capital ... Not so in her case.

Disbarment is a potent administrative weapon that should be invoked much more often than it is. As the saying goes, lawyers get away with murder. There are numerous DOJ lawyers who regularly comment fraud on the court. The most recent is in the Texas immigration case where they obviously lied to the court and contemptuously ignored the court's order. There has also been many who lied while defending Obummer in the numerous BC cases. These lawyers are officers of the court and sworn to be forthright in all respects before the court and not mislead it in any manner. When they deliberately deceive the court by omission or commission, they need to be disbarred.
