Did the blind kid provoke the issue (yes I know it would be stupid and the sighted kid would still be lower than pond scum but is is something that would be nice to know.)
Was it all a set up for youtube fame ?
at a JR High school I went to a fight happened between a blind male and a sighted male. The sighted male LOST (brail writer to groin!) then got to loose several more fights that week for having stated a fight with a popular blind kid.
Yeah, the bully thought he'd get "knocked the F out" for some Youtube his.

Because that’s how the new generations have been trained by the Left. Do nothing. Hand over your wallet and watch. Do not resist. Do not take care of the situation yourself. Only properly appointed authorities are allowed to intervene.
That is why he was suspended - zero tolerance for being an honorable individual.
On the upside, the weasel school,district backed down from suspending Cody Pines.
If the school officials do not fully reinstate him, they are the biggest bullies of all.
