When did this occur?

Although the FEC is just now opening the inquiry, the controversy quietly started back in July when Carly Fiorina – who at the time was polling near zero and whose campaign may as well not have existed – was mysteriously given half a million dollars of seed money by a republican Super PAC called Keep the Promise 1.


Donation to Carly PAC made back in July.

I think Trump said, these PAC's are packed with special interest political insiders and influence peddlers.

I'm not real familiar with these, "PAC Organizations". But I do understand all these alleged PAC insider rules make it where candidates can't talk to them. (You know that BS in most cases).☺

Question: When a PAC organization takes $500,000 from one PAC and gives it to another candidate's PAC, is this supposed to be a double super secret information where no one, including the candidates, know about it?
