Pravda also reporting a Chinese ‘carrier’, not specific. Could be a helicopter carrier, or might mean something big enough to launch a recon plane. Or just BS.
It is widely reported that there are some other Chinese military ships near Syria, ostensibly just keeping an eye on American ships in the area.

It just strikes me as highly irresponsible to be so inaccurate, either through stupidity or deliberately.
Why DEBKA repeatedly does so should make them a unreliable source for any kind of news—especially by the Free Republic community!
There are big issues involving Syria, our messed up, twisted response to their civil war, and now the Russians being involved militarily, but DEBKA doesn’t need to throw in crap to further convolute the issue (nor should Pravda, but they are the Russian government’s news organization).
