You got it right by implying most would have a sense of shame. But we're talking about the Clintons here. They have no shame, or a sense of honor, or a desire to protect a good name (they have none). Hillary is about power to get money. Bill is about power to get women. That's all that matters to them. With Hillary you'd have to throw in a dash of radical liberal Alinskyesque ideology, but still that's just flavoring for the power/money motivator.
