Idiots bitching already. Would you rather keep Obamacare or try something new. Judging by what was said before Obamacare we had insurance plans with many companies and still the uninsured used hospitals free. Did they not? Sounds to me like it is the same except maybe hospitals would be able to recover by Government covering the uninsured. What the hell is Medicare now! Maybe it would be a better time spent with less complaining and wait until more details. This cannot be done with a few words. Trump for President!!!!!

Very logical argument as to why a Trump or a Romney is still waaaaaaaay better than an ObaMao third term . . . but I still stand by my previous post.

Fortunately he doesn't get to write laws. Hopefully with him in office, Republicans will pass Ben Carson's Health Savings Accounts and Medical Savings Accounts ideas.

Then President Trump can go out and say, "If you like your ObamaCare, you can keep your ObamaCare. If you don't, consider HSAs and MSAs."

Trump is a private market guy. He knows private companies can handle the load without relying on taxpayer subsidies.

At least I hope he knows that. I've never met the man so I could be wrong.

But don't you understand??? When Trump wants it, it isn't the same as Obamacare!!!!!!! He's The Donald, our own Bruce Wayne, a billionaire who is way smarter than any of us (how do you think he got so rich and famous?) and who can fix all of this if we just trust him!!!

Trump KNOWS the games as he has had to navigate this crap to be successful. He has built something, they have not and it is clear to all...

*sigh*

Your excess of faith is disturbing.

But don't you understand???

LOL -- yep. I guess I'm just taking longer to understand and appreciate his unlimited greatness. That genuflecting thing just doesn't come easy to me.

...replace it with competition ... along with a whole lotta government force requiring thee and me to do things the government has ZERO right to force us to do, but Trump is so much smarter than us, the same as Hillary and Obama and Romney, that he knows how to make us be "responsible" in a responsible way that we're not capable of doing ourselves.

Keep telling yourself that Trump isn't at heart a statist who thinks government needs to step-in and MAKE us "be responsible" because left to our own, we wouldn't be as "good" as Trump, Hillary, Obama, and Romney think we should be when it comes to taking care of our own health.

“Donald Trump: I am going to take care of everybody.”

Progressivism is as progressivism does....

What IS surprising is that so many are fooled.

Well, look on the bright side. Maybe someone will get you a Robin costume for Halloween so you can accompany the millions who will dress up as Trump for trick-or-treat. And Robin never really genuflected, as you recall, he just said things like "Holy Obamacare, Batman!"

Competition... with what? Other agencies within the government??? And of course Obamacare is a disaster, but replacing it with a single-payer system -- the Canadian model of what Trump admires -- is ALSO a disaster.

-------------------------------------

Scott Pelley: How do you fix it?

Donald Trump: There’s many different ways, by the way. Everybody’s got to be covered. This is an un-Republican thing for me to say because a lot of times they say, “No, no, the lower 25 percent that can’t afford private. But–”

Scott Pelley: Universal health care.

Donald Trump: I am going to take care of everybody. I don’t care if it costs me votes or not. Everybody’s going to be taken care of much better than they’re taken care of now.

Scott Pelley: Make a deal? Who pays for it?

Donald Trump: the government’s gonna pay for it.

You're not alone. I know many people like you, and many of them are hard-left Democrats who believe in the "it takes a village" meme, which is essentially "Think 'team' not 'he' or 'me' ... none of us is as good as all of us!"

How about thinking The Constitution of the United States of America? Individual rights and individual responsibilities? Trump sure as hell doesn't. Cruz DOES.

All your years in the corporate world doesn't alter the fact that Trump is Arnold Schwarzenegger on a national scale. I used to have the same blind faith in Arnold, for the same reasons (you should look at the pretty impressive business accomplishments of Arnold, more impressive because unlike Trump, Arnold wasn't born to privilege).

Engage in Hyperbole much?

To date nothing he has state or claimed about his plan remotely fits the mold you wish to portray, but fearmonger away.

Once a plan is actually released we can discuss, until then you are just screaming about nothing, worked into a tissy with no fact, and what the propagandists referred to as the “useful idiot”

“Preventive care” is up to the individual, just like it’s up to the individual to maintain his or her home or automobile.
