Same here. His stance on the issue is a resume enhancement among conservatives; deal-breaker for libs. Funny how that works.
I most assuredly agree with you on that point, though I am personally conflicted about this bit with Dr. Carson: while he holds this stance (re: Islam and the Presidency) I would suggest that it is an inconsistent position for him to hold that illegal immigrants who do not subjugate themselves to American laws and language should be accepted and welcomed.
