My ex seems to think that his belief in God will get him eternal life and because of that belief, he thinks he can do whatever he wishes while on earth and that includes the adultery which ended our marriage. He is of the mindset that it does not matter what you do on earth as long as you have belief/faith in God.

That’s why I could never buy into the religion that says believing in God is all you need to get into Heaven. At least with Catholicism, you run the chance of burning in Hell or purgatory if you die between the time you sin and the time you get to confession.

Just had my first Infusion Therapy today because my Immune System is compromised. I’ve been getting Chemotherapy for the past ten years on and off to treat my Leukemia and this is one of the side effects from all those Chemicals. I also ended up with another type of Leukemia called MDS.
My Oncologist had a BOGO Sale and I didn’t even know it.
They weren’t sure if I would tolerate the Infusion or end up in the Hospital today. Went OK, but I do feel a little weird. Don’t have time for it anyway, have to get to Work.
After ten years of this stuff, I’m just happy to wake up in the morning. I’m still the luckiest guy walking.

Part of it is we accept his taking responsibility for the failed marriages, blaming his workaholic ways. Another is the exceptional children from all three marriages, and the obvious devotion he has to them. Another is his exes speak highly of him. Another is that for a guy in BillionaireLand, he does seem to lead a decent life and fulfill his responsibilities.
Our guys got flaws. He's one of the few who rises above them.
