State Department says classified material on Hillary's home-brew server was so sensitive that the safe it gave her lawyer to store the emails wasn't secure enough
The State Department has told Senate investigators that it didn't provide Hillary Rodham Clinton's lawyer with a secure-enough method to read now-highly classified material from her homebrew email server because it didn't anticipate that the messages would be deemed so secret.
In July, State Department officials installed a safe at the office of attorney David Kendall after the government determined some of Clinton's emails may have contained classified information.
But it said last week the safe wasn't suitable for so-called top secret, sensitive compartmented information, known as TS/SCI, which the government has said was found in some messages.
Assistant Secretary of State Julia Frifield wrote to Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Charles Grassley on Sept. 22 that 'while the safe was suitable for up to [top secret] information, it was not approved for TS/SCI material' because the material wasn't held in a facility set up for discussing highly secret information, known as a SCIF, or sensitive compartmented information facility.

IIRC printed copies meant that she only handed over the “relevant” emails and didn’t burden the investigators with having to sort through all her “private” emails involving yoga classes or Chelsea’s wedding.
Of course, the real reason was that she knew printed copies would slow down the investigation as they couldn’t be scanned by keywords, and that she controlled exactly which emails were seen, and so that the server could be “wiped.”

No metadata with a paper copy.
Also, with a paper copy, each document has to be handled and analyzed by a person - slow process. If digitized, they could have used key words, etc. to speed it all up. This has slowed up the response to the FOIA requests.
In my dictionary, this is called “obstruction”.

Since we know there was Top Secret data on her unsecured server, we also know the following:
Somebody downloaded Top Secret data from the Secure system.
They then stripped the Classification markings from the data.
They then uploaded this data to an unsecured system.
Then they e-mailed the data to Hillary.
Each of these is a Felony.
Nobody would do this without direction from Hillary.
Hillary and the facilitating party belong in jail.

Forget the secret, top secret, foreign sensitive stuff; she quite obviously violated the Public Records Act of 1950 - that at the very least makes her ineligible to run for public office and suffer other penalties.

And one wonders did Huma Abeldin pass the emails to an unfriendly foreign entity....
It's more time consuming to search through paper copies.
